Verifications
We as Swiss Climate EcoCare GmbH have obtained the accreditation as verifier for MRV in shipping by the German accreditation body DAKKs and are now able to assess monitoring plans and to verify emission report in accordance with the EU-MRV Regulation.
Since over 10 years, Swiss Climate has been advising companies and organizations worldwide on establishing integrated climate strategies and sustainability concepts.
Certifications
The Swiss Climate Model deliberately focuses on CO₂ reduction. However, in every company and with every product there are emissions that cannot be reduced.
With CO₂ compensation, the unavoidable CO₂ emissions can be offset by investing directly in certified climate projects. This contributes to achieving the climate goals of the Paris Agreement, according to which as many greenhouse gas emissions as possible should already be avoided today. Swiss Climate brokers CO₂ certificates from high-quality projects that contribute to sustainable local development.
With the CO₂ compensation of the total CO₂ footprint, the respective product or company receives the status of climate neutrality.
